2013 Winter Championships

My horses and I were in action on 3 of the 5 days of top class competition at the NAF Winter Championships.
Zanto was there first competing in the GFS Elementary Open Freestyle to Music; the atmosphere lit him up but he stayed with me more than normal except in the walk but still achieved 71% for 7th place.
The next day it was Dela's turn in the Petplan Advanced Medium Restricted; we performed a confident test to gain 67.5% just needing a more consistant balance. This was enough to be Reserve Champions.
My final test was with Zanto on Saturday afternoon in the Spillers Medium Open Freestyle to Music; with the confidence of the Elementary we performed a really good test and I was pleased that he stayed much more focussed on me. We were rewarded with 70% gaining 3rd place (just 0.5% behind the winner) and the award for highest placed Amateur Owner/Rider.
